FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Can I bring in my own items and materials for embroidery, monogramming, or printing?"
Yes – we are happy to work on apparel or other items that you have already selected. You can also choose items from our catalog of top brands.
  • Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we do have a minimum order quantity depending on the process, but we are happy to talk with you even if your order doesn’t meet the minimum requirements. For embroidered materials, there is no minimum item quantity. For heat press, the minimum number of items is five (5). For digital print, the minimum number of items is 12.
  • How quickly can you turn my job around?
In general, embroidery projects take one to three days, in-house digital print takes five to seven days, and screen printing through our local partner takes seven to ten days. Times may vary depending on the number of items, complexity of the request, and if design work is needed. We are able to rush items.
  • How can I receive my items?
Items can be shipped directly to your door, or you can come into the shop to pick up your order.
  • I have my own artwork. What file format can you work with?
We prefer vector art (i.e., .EPS, .SVG, .AI, or .PDF), but we can also work with .JPG, .JPEG, and .PNG files or even a photograph.
  • Can you help me create my own logo, design, or artwork?"
Our in-house designer is happy to work with you to bring your vision to life. Feel free to come to us with an idea, and we will work with you on any text, colors, and more until we find a design you’re happy with.
  • What items and materials can you embroider?
At TTN, we can embroider just about any material or item that can be clamped into our machine and that will hold a stitch. For example, we cannot embroider golf bags, but we can embroider removable pockets from golf bags. Some of the most common things we embroider are towels, bags, and clothing.
  • How much does embroidery cost?
Our basic embroidery charge starts at $10 and varies with the size and complexity of the design. Bulk orders may receive a discount depending on quantity. Hats may be cheaper.
  • How much does it cost to embroider a towel?
Because beach towels are larger, they usually start at $12. A set of towels (wash, hand, bath) for embroidery may receive a discount, but it will depend on the complexity of the design, monogram, or embroidery.
  • Do you monogram?
Yes! Monograms start between $12 to $15, depending on complexity.
